Job Description

As a key member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and analyze initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This hands-on role involves executing campaigns, optimizing our digital presence, and creating visually compelling content. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong skills in WordPress, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the director of marketing on implementing programs and campaigns.
  • Update the company website using WordPress, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Manage and execute email campaigns using Salesforce, including uploading and segmenting lists, creating targeted sends, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Design high-quality marketing materials, digital assets, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Support content creation and distribution, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media graphics. 
  • Optimize landing pages and website content for SEO and conversions.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
  • Monitor digital performance and recommend adjustments, social media monitoring and engagement and suggest improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in design and digital communications.
  • Proficient in WordPress (customizing themes, plugins, and content updates).
  • Experience with email marketing through a CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO as well as owned and paid channels, including Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
