Implementation Project Manager

Job Description
CODE Technology is looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our fast growing team. In this role you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading new or existing clients through the technical implementation process. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, customer-centered, and eager to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the implementation of new clients and projects for existing clients.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and processes for timely implementation.
- Guide clients through all aspects of PROs selection and patient communications in a timely manner to meet implementation timeline.
- Provide clinical review of data to ensure a successful implementation.
- Guide clients in identifying data in their EHRs, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and recommend process changes to ensure data quality.
- Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communications.
- Author technical specifications for the development team and perform acceptance testing.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Develop training materials and train end-users on system functionality.
- Track and present implementation metrics and progress across to leadership.
- Document client implementation and perform handoff to account management team.
- Provide ongoing account management for clients as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of related experience.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong internal communication skills, including the ability to work with all departments (IT, sales, marketing, operations) and all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex operational issues.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Be flexible, adapt to change.
- Work independently and maintain a high level of initiative.
- Proficiency in computer and software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena, Nextgen)
- Occasional travel may be required
