Job Description

CODE Technology is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients helping hospitals and private-practices manage their patient reported outcome (PRO) data programs. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, assessing their needs and identifying how they can maximize the value of their outcomes data to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare technology and patient reported outcomes specifically within the area of Orthopedics. The candidate will be data-driven, customer and quality focused, and have excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Serve as a strategic, consultative, advisor to CODE Clients based on their goals and business needs
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, earning trust, analyzing and presenting their program data to provide value to their organization
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring questions, issues, and concerns are addressed promptly, routed to the appropriate CODE departments for resolution as necessary, and managing the client communications
  • Manage Client’s PRO Program ensuring procedure enrollment, patient communications, PRO collection, patient replies and client support tasks continues to meet client needs and provide value
  • Analyze client’s operational and outcomes data and present any actionable data at quarterly client calls
  • Provide client feedback and product requests to CODE’s product owner
  • Identify opportunities for Client growth and product expansion

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess a Client’s strategic goals as well as understanding CODE’s strategic value to the Client 
  • A passion for superior customer service, data, processes and procedures
  • Three or more (3+) years experience in a Clinical environment and/or Client- or Patient-facing role
  • Experience and knowledge within the field of Orthopedics
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Ability to self-manage and demonstrate self-direction and effective listening
  • A good presenter, communicator and educator (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to host and present a web-based conference call and meeting in an effective, professional and positive manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, MS Office
  • Energized by working in a small company, start-up environment
